YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Girls 2031-2034
Our 8-week Development Program is designed to build complete athletes by combining high-level box lacrosse skill training with structured athletic development. Each session includes 45 minutes of skills and drills focused on technical refinement, decision-making, and game-speed execution, and 45 minutes of strength training.
The strength component begins with physical literacy, helping athletes develop confidence, coordination, and control through fundamental movement patterns such as running, jumping, landing, and changing direction. This foundation ensures proper mechanics and long-term athletic development before progressing to external resistance training.
As athletes demonstrate readiness, our experienced coaches gradually introduce weights in a safe and progressive manner to build strength, power, and resilience. Throughout the program, athletes participate in regular fitness testing to track measurable improvements and performance gains over time.

SCHEDULE
This program is limited to 18 athletes, with nine (9) spots available for girls in Grades 5–6 and nine (9) spots for girls in Grades 7–8.
Athletes will be grouped by age to ensure they are training alongside peers at a similar developmental level while being appropriately challenged and pushed to reach their full potential.
Box Lacrosse Equipment
This program is specifically focused on box lacrosse development. Athletes must bring their own box lacrosse helmet, gloves, and stick to participate in the lacrosse skill development portion of each session.
