During this camp, athletes will have the opportunity to learn directly from current, former, and future NLL players, gaining valuable insight into the skills, mindset, and strategies that define the professional level. Each day will feature pre-game practice sessions packed with high-intensity drills designed to sharpen technique, elevate lacrosse IQ, and prepare athletes for the upcoming box lacrosse season.

Athletes will then compete in a series of filmed games with live play-by-play commentary, providing an exciting and professional game-day atmosphere.

All games will be played under NLL hybrid rules, creating a faster, more dynamic style of play. Each matchup will include four 12-minute running-time quarters, with sudden-death overtime in the event of a tie.
