OUR PHILOSOPHY
At PCL, we care more about the individual than their performance, because when athletes feel supported as people, they dream bigger, work harder, and achieve more.

We recognize that success looks different for everyone. Whether your goal is to play professionally, teach the next generation, build something with your hands, or lead in medicine, business, or the arts — our programs are designed to give you the tools, mindset, and support to reach your full potential, both in sport and in life.

By offering high-quality training led by experienced coaches, and by removing parent involvement from decision-making, we ensure fairness and focus on what matters most: effort, commitment, and personal growth. Equity and teamwork are at the core of everything we do, on and off the field.

We believe in hard work, not just in athletics, but in school, relationships, and everyday life. Every PCL athlete is equipped to succeed far beyond their playing days.

SCHOLARSHIPS EARNED
Since our inception in 2017, we’ve helped 77 student-athletes earn NCAA scholarships to 42 different institutions across the United States. The average scholarship value earned by our athletes is approximately $169,725.00

By investing in our program, you significantly increase your chances of earning an NCAA scholarship. Pro Caliber Lacrosse has the highest college placement success rate of any lacrosse program in British Columbia, with a strong track record of helping athletes compete at the NCAA level, equipped with the discipline, leadership, and life skills needed to thrive on and off the field.

And now, with a newly formed relationship with Simon Fraser University (SFU), 100% of our graduating players will have a clear path to post-secondary opportunities — whether in the NCAA, Canadian institutions, or through our SFU partnership.

When it comes to recruiting, we don’t just support, we guide. From start to finish, we lead you through the process, helping you navigate each challenge along the way.

Meet the student-athletes who believed in the process, and took the next step.
