This Fall, our 2030–2031 age group will field one team: Futures, which will train alongside the 2032–2033 Rookie team, attend the same tournaments, and have equal access to long-term development opportunities.

U.S. tournaments group teams by graduation year. To ensure our athletes compete against players with the same birth years, our Futures teams may play in the 2030, 2031, or 2032 divisions, depending on the event.

The Futures team focuses on refining fundamentals, building lacrosse IQ, and developing confidence through high-level coaching and meaningful gameplay, all within a fun, team-first culture that keeps players motivated, engaged, and excited to grow.
