BOYS PREP PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce the 2025 Prep League, designed to combine on-field training, off-field development, film analysis, X's and O's comprehension, and college recruitment guidance all designed to support our athletes' growth and development.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW​

4 On-Field Sessions (1 hour of practice + 1 filmed scrimmage with stat tracking)

3 Off-Field Sessions (1 hour of dryland training + 1 hour of film review, chalk talk, or college recruitment support)
​
Should an on-field session be canceled due to weather, we will provide the option to credit the session toward a future PCL program or a position-specific training session with one of our PCL coaches at the Pro Caliber Performance Center.
